How can I add Technorati to WordPress?

Depends on what you want Technorati to be doing on those posts. If you've already claimed the blog on Technorati, they'll give you a little script to display your Blog Authority or similar neat stuff. Technorati.com has several widgets to perform various functions; most of them are pretty simple installs.
