How do I see people's updates in Google Buzz?

February 24th, 2010 by XavierMedia.co.uk

I am following my contacts in Google Buzz… but I can't see any updates but my own! Does this mean none of my friends are using it, or am I looking in the wrong places?

It could be that none of your friends have posted anything.

The best way to check to see if someone's posted anything is to look at the unread count. Similar to Gmail, when you look in the upper left, you'll see a number, bolded, in parenthesis, showing how many unread emails you have. The same applies to Buzz – you'll see an unread count.

Sometimes, I'm not sure of the circumstances, you'll get an email in your inbox telling you about someone's Buzz updates.
